By participating in programs, classes, and events at Smithtown Aquatics, you grant permission for photos and/or videos of yourself and/or your child(ren) to be taken and used for promotional purposes. These images may be used in, but are not limited to:
- Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
- Website content and marketing materials
- Newsletters and printed publications
